Whether our recent ranch wheels column on new trucks got you to buy a new truck or the old farm truck is needing some spicing up these truck accessories from Weather Guard, WeatherTech, or a custom bed from Hughes Trailer will definitely help get your truck looking and functioning like a true workhorse!
WeatherTech Floor Mats
Calving season is also known as ‘mud season’ to a lot of us and there is nothing worse than destroying the inside of a truck with manure and slime. Seems to go in a lot easier than it comes out! Well with floor mats from WeatherTech you can help eliminate ruining the floor in your truck. WeatherTech Floorliner uses digital laser measurements of interior surfaces to make a perfect fit. The High-Density Tri-Extruded material offers a rigid core for durable strength. The advanced surface channeling funnels fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help eliminate fluid movement while driving.
WeatherTech’s saying is “No muss-no fuss”! WeatherTech also offers a rear floor liner, which carries the same capabilities as the front floor liners. The rear liners are created from a proprietary custom-blended thermopolyolefin that is wear-resistant but also remains flexible under extreme temperatures. The rear floor liner can come in either a one-piece or two-piece unit depending on vehicle application! For more information visit them online at www.weathertech.com!
WeatherGuard Tool Boxes
What better way to store all those fencing tools than a cross box in the back of the truck? WeatherGuard’s cross boxes allow easy access from either side of the truck with individual locking lids. The 114-0-01 model is made out of strong diamond pattern aluminum, is extra wide and has a storage capacity of 15.3 cu feet! The automotive-style rotary latch features a one-touch opening capability from either side of the truck. It also features ARMOR-TUF, which is a clear coat finish that ensures dependability for years to come!
Under the lids you will find a full weather seal to help eliminate the fears of rain, snow and any other of Mother Nature’s temper tantrums. The 114-0-1 cross box from WeatherGuard will fill all full-size pickups with 8 ft. beds. Tamper-resistant, retracting extreme protection locks help ensure all your working ranch tools are safe from break-ins. To help keep those tools organized the cross box from WeatherGuard includes a powder coated steel divider tray as well! What could make this cross box any better? How about a limited lifetime warranty? Check them out online at www.weatherguard.com or at one of the many retailers that carry them.
